List and Name
List assets individually or in bulk, name, identify Lead Creator.
Categorize
Bucket assets by:
Full Scene - render-ready 3D model with mapped texture/environment
Prelim Scene - volumetric 3D model without mapped texture/environment
Scene Element - 3D model component, eg interior, shell, volumetric envelopes
Proto-Asset - 2D sketch or concept
Qualify
Group by quality - High, Medium, Low
Define individual scenes more fully, upload core scene assets, and note provisional IP status and asset use intent. No assets are made public, only the asset fingerprint for monitoring.
Describe and Pre-Syndicate
Add basic description and 2D thumbnails. Push to pre-syndication to invite market interest, without uploading spatial assets.
Define and Upload
Add definitions and upload core asset for archiving and fingerprinting.
Initialize and Register
State IP condition as far as known and confirm registration.
Prepare registered scenes for managed licensing, setting license conditions and more. Scenes are only distributed to monitored channels and uses, subject to confirmation. Scenes may be desyndicated at any time.
Set License Framework
Set license framework for permitted use.
Conform
Package scene and assets for syndication including:
Primary (geometric) assets
Secondary (environmental) assets
Generative (parametric) definitions
Render packages (textures, lighting, cameras, rigging, environments, etc per platform)
IP Sign-Off and Syndication
Confirm IP ownership and syndicate scene.
